this gun rocks! true its from the phillipines but when the american made counterpart is literally twice the price this was the ticket for me-check it out the cheapest american made hicap is para ordinance and those are going for around 950 before tax and ffl fee. onto the feel of the gun-with remington 230 grain rds through it at approx. 45-50 yrds i put a mag inside of an area halfway between the size of a golf ball and tennisball. the kick is about the same as a 9mm luger not too bad at all. one thing though the stainless finish on the breech is just eyewash-the chamber is stainless but the barrel is blued not a big deal though. a very good gun. ive only had it for a couple weeks but with a couple hundred rds through it so far not one failure or any problem. one thing to keep in mind-even though its made in the phillipines (im anal about having american made products) in the vietnam war when we were bringing home some of the pow''s the phillipines was a relay point before coming back home. good gun but it does lack the made in usa stamp so if i can get within fifty of list price i will be upgrading to an american made 1911.

aesthetically pleasing to the eye, solid steel frame construction. Operates smoothly and acurately. High capacity means less magazine changes, and less mags to carry around. Not a fan of the grip, when i conceal it it scrubs my side, but thats an easy fix. The high capacity mag seems to be finicky when i loaded it with winchester .45 after about the 7 round it got stuck no such problem using blazer .45. still wins with the five stars with me

For me the price of this gun is very reasonable for its performance compare to its expensive counterparts.its not the gun its the person who shoots the gun.
