917V - Blued Varmit Model, 917VSF - Varmit Barrel, Stainless Steel, Fluted Barrel, With Gray & Black Laminated Wood Stock. My son and I both have Marlin 917VSF rifles and love them. I love my Ruger 10/22's but this rifle is some thing else. After shooting all the 17 HMR Brand of ammo the Horandy 17gr.V Max is the best shooting we've found. Thanks Marling for a Well Built accurate rifle.

It is very accrete. I bought one four or five years ago. Then my brother in law and now his dad for prairie dog hunting. It is not laud and keep on shooting, because they stay up. It is one of my best guns, in the mix of Beretta's, Benali’s, Sako's, and AR15’s guns. The only thing I wish was a bigger round clip.

shoots really well... good groups... good price... problem with the feed.. clip seems loose and won't feed last couple rounds from 4 and 7 round clip...have to hold up on clip to feed last couple rounds...
